Clock is tested and works, but does not come with battery. I could not find this listed anywhere else. From information I've found, I think it was a collaboration done in the late 90s. The clock is overall in good condition, but may have small areas that need to be cleaned. It makes a very soft ticking noise. The blue over layer of the clock can be easily removed and replaced. The front display is in better condition than the back and side, those areas do have some scoffs and markings. The clock is plastic and lightweight
