The instructions cover three sizes for each style (see below), with both items being originally created in Twilley's thread ('Button Front' in Lysbet and 'Striped' in Stalite). Sadly though both threads are now discontinued but can still be found occasionally on ebay. However, your local yarn and thread stockist will be able to advise you on a suitable modern alternative, but do work a tension square first before embarking on your project to see if a change of hook is necessary to obtain the tension stipulated in the pattern.
