Vintage /Antique empty cardboard thread spool box. Originally held 12 spools of white Clark’s Mile- End Spool Cotton. This came from a small family dry goods store in Elmore, Ohio. The store was run by the same family from 1860 until 1997 when it was closed. The last owner had a lot of items from the store in her home and this had been stored for decades, possibly a century. I do not know the date of the box but it was stored holding keepsakes from the 20s. Excellant condition, looks new. Clean and crisp. Please see photos for more details.
