Just bought this beautiful copper cookware which I LOVE, and now buying house with induction stove and copper doesn't work on induction. Good lining, no copper shows through. So want to keep this but research tells me now matter what gimmicks I try is just doesn't cook effectively with induction surfaces, but it cooks BEAUTIFULLY on my electric range. I never put heat over #5 and it heats really fast. Handles get hot too so I have leather sleeves I use which you can pick up cheap or make. Copper truly is awesome for cooking, best I've ever used.
