Second owner, original owner purchased this pedal new in 1978. V4 model, two of the pots dated 1976 and one 1977. All original. Op amp version. Rubber feet replaced. Sounds amazing. Same as the main pedal used in Siamese Dream by the Smashing Pumpkins. No box or paperwork, but this is the real deal in great condition.
