Including frame, it measures as a 14.25" "square" It probably does need a good cleaning as it is dirty~dusty~age/storage stains, etc. It is just held in with some nails, so it would come apart easily to clean. **Be Careful Though** Yarn colors may bleed! ?Probably need to just use cold water with some Dawn soap? Of course, it could be just left as is~~gives it a rustic primitive look! The clock parts are broken and I'm sure it doesn't even work, so that will need redone.
