This is an original vintage masonic/fraternity voting box from I am guessing, late 19th to the early 20th century. Unable to find information on that. This was used to vote secretively for members by using white or black hand made marbles. These marbles have the pontil as you can see in the picture. (Zoom). There are 50 voting marbles with this box.
