There are scuffs/scratches, discoloration, rust/pitting, etc. The reset button seems to stay depressed and the dial on the back is missing/broken. I also couldn't get the numbers to rotate to change them, could be operator error (I don't know anything about these), or they could be stuck/broken. Sold as not working - parts / repair / project.
