You are bidding on a vintage Scientific Instruments Inc., Pygmy current meter. I received this unit from a local estate. The bucket wheel does not spin for long. I did not notice any wobbling on bucket wheel, however it makes some noise when it turns and bucket wheel shaft is slightly wobbling during the spin (please see the 9th pic). Most likely it needs serviced and lubricated. I don't have knowledge to test it further. It comes in an old wooden box with some oil and couple of pins. Please view pictures for details.
