Pre owned used. Powers on but not able to test. The clamp on top has some of the wiring severed. The left 2 knobs are stripped and so need to be off to turn dials. For all these conditions I am listing for parts or not working. The case has its exterior material loose, handle is broken and considerable rust on hinges, latches. See pictures for conditions.
