The shaft of the paper roller is missing. There are some scratches on the surface. I test it with my WIN11 laptop computer via the COM port. The USB to COM port interface will send to you. The AC-DC adaptor is the original one. BE CAREFUL OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! I don't know how to test other functions of the plotter. I could test the printer as your command. Sold as PART. The plotter pens are included. The pens are not orignal. The condition of the pens is not very good. The conditon of the box is very very poor.
