Collectable Vintage Brass Theodolite Transit Surveying Level Instrument. This looks to be all in working order with at least 3 Bubble levels and many intricate adjustable areas and the eye piece. We are not sure of the year this was made, but the owner was a very excentric well-off gentleman, so I'm sure it is not a cheap knock-off..It shows a Made in India Sticker underneath it. That looks 1950's or 1960's we're guessing. It measures 9 inches tall and looks to be 100% solid Brass. The Scope seems to be a little dirty, it probably needs to be cleaned. We will leave that up to the buyer to deal with if it's going to actually be used for surveying.
