Vintage Starrett Transit Level with papers and box. Starrett transit has some issues but looks nice. The level vial is cracked and no longer holds fluid, and the cross hairs are also no good. See pictures, i was able to get a picture of the cross hairs. The instructions are all there but the cover page is not stapled in and comes with box, box had a leather strap at one point and is broken but latches fine and hinges are good. Make a nice display piece but no fully functionable. See pics for best description. Comes as seen in pics, any questions just ask.
