This vintage tea set from Hammersley & Co features a 'Glamis Heather' floral design and purple heather sprigs. The set includes a teapot, a sugar bowl, a milk bowl, 5 tea cups, 6 saucers, 6 dessert plates. The set is covered with fine craquelure. Of the 5 cups, only 2 cups are in good condition = no chips or cracks. I TRIED TO SHOW THE CONDITION OF THE SET IN THE PHOTOS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOT EVERYTHING CAN BE CAPTURED BY THE CAMERA. Cup number 1 has a crack (I marked it with a blue marker). Cup number 2 also has 2 small cracks and a yellow rim inside the cup. Cup numbered 3 has a very visible crack in the photo and a yellow rim on the bottom of the cup. Saucers and dessert plates have no chips or cracks. The saucer measures 6 inches, the dessert plate measures 7 inches, the cup has a square hole of 3.7 inches in diameter and 2.6 inches in height. Teapot measures approximately 4" tall and measures 7.5" long with spout and handle. Please view all photos to judge the condition of the set.
