You are bidding on:Terracotta Clay & Hide Double Bongo Drum This auction is for a vintage terracotta clay double pot drum with stretched rawhide skin top. This piece has a stretched top skin which remains firm and playable. It also retains its original gut string body strapping on the larger drum. The smaller one is missing on string around the bottom of the drum(see photos). Measurements: 7" tall, 2 3/8" in diameter larger drum " in diameter smaller drum, and " long.This drum comes direct from an estate sale and is sold in as found in vintage condition. It has handling marks and light surface scuffs. There is some chips of color lost on the drums. The one bottom string is missing on the smaller drum and there is a crack in the center of the base of the larger drum(see photos). It is being sold as is.
