I havent a clue how this works but it has not been cleaned or tested so safe to say selling as is for parts ..fixer upper...restoration.. not working condition.. I didnt want to fiddle with it as i dont know what i am doing. It was kept inside with all the old razors that looked good. I do think its grime around the edges and rust.. not sure if parts are missing so lets assume so... selling as not in working condition missing parts dirty.. and who knows if it could work so maybe for parts only..
