Custom embroidered insulated blue satin jacket. Embroidered “Brigadier general Nelson” and has the latch for the Illinois Air National Guard HQ. The closest I have coming aiding this is maybe to Brigadier General Gregory L. Nelson, but he received his rank is 2012 and I’m thinking this is older than that (maybe 80s-90s?). Fits a size XL or XXL, no size listed. Would be an interesting research project. Neat piece overall.
