Elliott Company, Pittsburgh, Detroit, and Cleveland. that’s the tag on the box. All the banding on the plotter seems to be in great shape. The box is in good condition. Everything is there except the strap on the handle. It was probably leather and rotted away. This was my uncle‘s father‘s so it’s just been sitting around in a storage cabinet for years. it has all the paperwork that I could see except for a receipt of purchase, but all the instructions seem to be there. Very complete
