It fits my rather large self who wears a size 44 waist pants. the size tags are faded but is a size 60/6 do your Russian size conversions at your leisure. has nice venting on the pants that ZIP down all the way down your pant leg for air flow as well as mesh material above your butt crack and crotch area.
