Certainly a beautiful piece, it can be crocheted at either 13 x 28, 15 x 32 or 24 x 48 inches, depending upon materials used. The design motif resembles wheat, with bold dual center motif, surround by tiers of additional wheat. This is a mail order pattern, typically purchased through newspapers and catalogs. This pattern was marketed as Laura Wheeler 599. This is an original pattern from my Vintage Knit Crochet Pattern Shop.
