When dial is turned from OFF position to ON, the controller will operate blower at its highest speed. Provides infinite variable speed control of shaded-pole, AC/DC and PSC motors. Solid state variable speed controllers replace tapped windings, chokes, rheostats and other methods which are currently being used to obtain speed variation. Utilizes full-wave phase control circuitry, which minimizes power loss and heat dissipation. A standard self-threading Zytel mounting bushing and potentiometer shaft is used for added electrical isolation. Controller includes an integrated on/off position. Also includes a high-gain radio noise suppression filter. UL Recognized and CSA certified. Mounting nut is included with all controllers.
