This is a brand new Stanley National bronze finish right hand casement window operator. This operator is a standard 9" arm. It has a hardened gear for long life and fit most wood or metal outswinging casement windows. It will NOT fit Pella or Anderson. To determine right or left hand, on the inside looking out the hinged side of the window would be on the right side for use with a right-handed operator. The card will be folded (as shown in the second photo) for shipping purposes. The card is stapled to prevent damage during shipment and some units may have the handle set screw in a plastic bag taped to the outside of the card.
