Using two types of palm leaves and natural dyes, they create these exquisitely stitched baskets. this basket, featuring feathers and butterflies, measures 8 in wide by 7 1/2-in High by 27-in circumference. Natural stains are part of the natural dying process , see photos. Purchased in Panama in 1999, and has remained in a private collection since that time. #W-146/403.
