Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1914 and we believe the maker is J Howell & Co Ltd, though the makers marks are rubbed and hard to read. The top of the silver finial is embossed with the interwound initials "P U S" though we have been unable to identify their meaning. The bamboo cane measures 71cms and, in itself, is in a good condition. It is tipped with a white metal tip. The photographs are of the actual item and form part of the description.
