Check the listing for details. WWII 1945 11th Air Force Pilot Proficiency Certificate Instrument Course Named. Condition: Used. Listed at 100.00 USD. This is a nice piece of WWII US pilot proficiency certificate that shows the date/name of pilot/location/and what type of training was given. The certificate is framed (not well) and the cert itself has many issues. Please review pictures to see the issues like small holes or tears in the paper. There are many discoloration areas. I have removed the certificate to show a better view. I think this can be reframed to look really good. The important factor is this survived and is special. The certificate measures 8” x 10”. Good colors in the paper. Once again, please review pictures provided for details of condition and please ask any questions before purchase.
