It does not attach, it's simply held in place with the weight of the x68000z.The bottom of the case is open to allow air flow and 4 small feet at the corners of the shell raise it 2mm above the surface it's on.The front USB port is recessed back a little, as such the opening has been enlarged to allow large USB adaptors to be inserted.External USB C power must be supplied to the hub.
