I bought these as a project but won't have time to work on them. Both have the common LCD issue, see pictures. I didn't test them extensively since I couldn't see anything on the screen, but I was able to dial in a frequency and when I keyed up my HT, it broke the squelch and had very good receive audio. This is the extent of my testing, sold strictly as is for parts of repair.
