This is a laminated original breakfast menu from Yaws Top Notch Restaurant at Orchards. I assume it is Orchards, Washington. I can't find any mention of it in the posted history of the original Yaws Top Notch in the Hollywood District of Portland. The prices seem to be from about the 1950s. It is 12" by 9 & 1/2" in good condition.
