This eBay listing is for a used/vintage Zeta Meter, Power and Timer Unit model D instrument that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. I'm not 100% sure on how to test something like this. It looks to be in good working order. The left meter works and adjusts using the knobs. The right meter also moves slightly when it first powers on but I think you need some probes attached in order to test that meter. The overall size is 18" across, 9.5" tall and 9" deep with a weight of 27 pounds. The metal case does have some rusting and the handle on top is missing.
