Original Center Theatre program for “The Great Waltz,” dated Monday Evening, January 14, 1935. This is from the original Broadway run (opening September 22, 1934; closing June 8, 1935) at the Center Theatre in New York City. Produced by Max Gordon and conceived/directed by Hassard Short. Book by Moss Hart, lyrics by Desmond Carter, with music by Johann Strauss (Sr. & Jr.). A clean, authentic piece of 1934–35 Broadway history. Condition: the two flaws are a staple that rusted and was removed to prevent damage and the lowe part of the spine is fraying. Lastly, the is streak across the back where it was briefly stuck to a surface. Please review photos for exact condition.
