I don’t know how to describe this stunning quilt. The top is patchwork made of white and soft sky-blue fabric pieces. The blue wears small white dots. The top is trimmed with a border of navy blue. The back is solid navy blue. What is so special about this quilt is the exquisite quilting that enhances the design on both front and back. This exciting showpiece is a dramatic work of art. I bought the quilt at an estate sale of a collector. I don’t know its age or backstory. The size is 67” X 49.” Other than a few loose threads and several slight tears at border (shown in photos) this quilt is in remarkably good condition but could use a gentle wash.
