We ship on UPS only and charge you what UPS charges us. We ship out on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesday so they do not get hung up in a trailer over the weekends. Worms do not have to stay frozen just cool. Ship out in ice chest with ice packs. Just stick them in freezer when you get them. UPS runs at 1:00 PM CST orders have to be in before that time to go out same day.
