This unit is a beast compared to what's on the market today. Used for maybe 1000 Sq. Ft. of floor tile and in dry storage since. After 8 years of not needing it, it's time to go. 45 degree tilt and slide positioning. Fully variable motor speed. All cleaned, all rollers lubed, new tubing set up for maximum water options. Laser and pump are functional. Runs smooth. Decent blade. Custom made water pan with drain. (Original plastic pan was cracked). No miter gauge/guide. Available online at around 40 bucks or make from wood. Easy set up and easy knock down.
