I tested it and it generates a spark, the intensity of the spark increases as the voltage is turned up, also the light in the probe illuminates and the indicator needle on the gauge responds. The cosmetic condition of the unit itself is very good however the carrying case is missing its top and the strap is broken. There is no brush for the probe. Please feel free to ask any questions.
